MMA shorts or grappling shorts?

Grappling shorts have a closer fit and no pockets; MMA shorts are roomier to allow for leg strikes.

What are vale tudo shorts?

Compression shorts worn on their own for grappling or under a looser pair of shorts.

What size should I choose?

Combat gear should fit close to the body without restricting your breathing. Compare your measurements (chest, waist, hips) with the model’s size guide. Fits true to size: choose based on your waist measurement.

How should I wash them?

Machine wash at 30 degrees maximum, inside out, without fabric softener, then air dry. Do not tumble dry or iron over the print. Full care instructions: care guide.

Can I return them?

Yes: you have 30 days after delivery to send them back, unworn. Terms and timelines: delivery and returns.
