How to place an order?
- Go to the Catalog section or select your preferred product category from the top menu.
- Click on the product image to view its detailed description.
- Choose the size, color, and specify the desired quantity.
- Click "Add to Cart."
- To view your cart, click the cart icon at the top right.
- To complete your purchase, simply proceed to checkout.
Why haven’t I received an order confirmation email?
If you placed an order on Rashu but did not receive a confirmation email, you may have entered an incorrect email address.
Please contact us using the contact form, and we will update your order information so you can receive your confirmation email.
How do I know if my order has been successfully placed?
An order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you haven’t received your confirmation email, please check your spam folder.
Please note that it may take up to 24 hours for the confirmation email to arrive. If you’ve checked your spam folder and waited 24 hours but still haven’t received it, please contact us through our contact form.
What happens if I enter incorrect information?
If you provided incorrect information (such as shipping address, email address, or phone number), please contact our customer service as soon as possible so we can update your details before your order is shipped.
Unfortunately, if your order has already been shipped and incorrect information affects delivery, you will be responsible for any additional fees incurred.

What should I do if my package is damaged or destroyed?
If your package and products were damaged upon arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the package and the damaged items.

Once we receive the photos of your package and damaged products, we will process your request.
What should I do if I received the wrong items?
First, check your order confirmation email to verify what you ordered.
If you did not receive the correct items, please contact us.
What are the delivery times?
We deliver all over the world. Our delivery times are as follows:
- In United Stated: 6 to 9 business days from the day following validation of your order.
- In France: 7 to 10 business days from the day following validation of your order.
- In the European Union: From 4 to 12 business days from the day following validation of your order.
- In the Rest of the World: From 10 to 21 business days from the day following validation of your order.
If you have not received your order within the estimated timeframe, please check that you provided the correct information.

How much does shipping cost?
We offer free shipping for orders over €80 in Metropolitan France, Europe, and the French Overseas Territories.

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, we will activate your tracking number, and you will receive an email with a tracking link.

This period starts from the date you receive your order or when it arrives at the pickup point (cooling-off period).
How do I return my products?
Your package must be returned in the exact same condition as when you received it.
To return an order within 30 days, please contact us via our contact form or email us directly at contact@rashu.fr.
Return shipping costs are at your expense. The return process may take up to 14 days from the moment you drop off your package at the return point.
Once the return is received and processed, we will issue your refund and send you a confirmation email.
Keep your return receipt as proof until you receive the confirmation email.
Are return shipping costs covered?
No, return shipping costs are your responsibility.
What happens if I don’t pick up my package?
We handle cases individually.
However, for orders returned to us because the customer did not pick up the package, we do not offer refunds.
Are there customs fees or taxes?
Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to customs duties.
Please check your country's import laws, as these fees are not determined by us but by local regulations.
Rashu is not responsible for these additional charges.
If you refuse to pay customs duties, no refund will be issued.
All local regulatory costs must be paid by the customer, either to the delivery company or local authorities upon receipt of the order.
