WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY TIMES FOR OUR PRODUCTS?

We deliver all over the world. However, with the environment in mind, Rashu has opted to produce its rashguards on demand. This approach enables us to

• Reduced waste: By producing only what is ordered, we avoid overproduction and excess inventory.
• Reduced carbon footprint: Less production means fewer resources used and less waste generated, significantly reducing our impact on the environment.

Our delivery times are as follows:

• In United States: From 6 to 9 business from the day following validation of your order.
• In the European Union: From 7 to 13 business days from the day following validation of your order.
• Rest of the World: 10 to 21 working days from the day following validation of your order.

If you have not received your order within the delivery time indicated, please first check that you have provided us with the correct information.
If you have provided incorrect information, please contact our Customer Service Department within 30 working days of placing your order and we will help you.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PARCEL?

Your order will be packed and dispatched as soon as possible. As soon as it has been picked up by the transport company, we will activate your tracking number, after which you will receive another e-mail containing the tracking link. If you do not receive your tracking link, please contact us via our contact form.

WHAT IF MY PARCEL WAS DAMAGED ON ARRIVAL?

If your parcel and products have been damaged on arrival, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the parcel and damaged items. In order to receive priority treatment, you can contact us directly at contact@rashu.fr. As soon as we receive photos of your parcel and damaged goods, we will process your request.
